You see some weird things when your out an about on trucks and in cars, trains, planes, helicopters and even a real space rocket but this weeks weird item was a Dalek in an estate car

Only saw the bottom half (Dalek Mooning?! LOL) and don’t know if this was a real one on it’s way back from the BBC in Cardiff where they film the new series of Dr Who. Anyone else see it? Traveling towards London on the M4 Motorway (Freeway).
